The objectives here are Cheap, Persistent, and Non-Destructive.
Something like a stencil with a power-washer would be close, it's persistent and non-destructive, but not super cheap.
A paper bag stencil onto sidewalks is also good, it's Cheap and Persistent, but not particularly Non-Destructive.
Anyone got any ideas?

if i temember well the non step trough max size was 28 and step trough was 26, but now they have 700s that are about 27 and if you are 6ft tall thats the size you may want ...

dibi58 BoostedIs anyone familiar with older (early 90's) step-through bikes and how likely it is that something sold as "one size" would be suitable for someone 6' tall? The current owner is 5'3" and I'm not familiar enough with step throughs to make any conclusions.
(and how likely is it that it was sold as "one size" in the first place? size of this specific one is unknown, but I've only come across others labeled 19" and no other sizes...)

I’m not sure if I should be sad or mad. People voted him in or let it happen. People did the right thing when someone wins. Not cause a riot.
Republicans are such a hypocritical bunch who claim they believe in the rule of law but act the other way.

Incidentally this point resonates with me a lot:
“while it may be uncomfortable…to share a subway car with people who are mentally ill and don’t have anywhere else to go, that’s a reason to improve housing and social services, not a problem inherent to public transit.”
Could also be written about the discomfort in sharing a sidewalk, bus bench… when we don’t meet people’s underlying needs it pushes us toward giving up on urban public space altogether.
