So, what's the most creative way you can think of to imprint the words "FREE LUIGI" into a public place?

The objectives here are Cheap, Persistent, and Non-Destructive.

Something like a stencil with a power-washer would be close, it's persistent and non-destructive, but not super cheap.

A paper bag stencil onto sidewalks is also good, it's Cheap and Persistent, but not particularly Non-Destructive.

Anyone got any ideas?
