Je poste quelque chose ici étant donné que vu mes connexions ailleurs c'est plus compliqué
Je suis actuellement dans une situation compliquée vis-à-vis de mon employeur du secteur de la cybersécurité qui, suite à un changement de direction il y a deux ans, a fait partir la majorité des employés situés en France avec des techniques de management agressives (dont des repas de pression et des annonces de licenciement surprise). J'ai du mal à communiquer avec les nouveaux employés qui sont en majorité non francophones (je maîtrise bien l'anglais à l'écrit mais pas vraiment à l'oral), de plus il y a usage de techniques d'humiliation en interne et on a supprimé mon entretien annuel avec des dogwhistle oppressifs (il y a plusieurs personnes libertariennes, deux personnes d'extrême-droite et une personne de droite dans le top management). Je cherche donc un environnement plus sain et conforme à mes valeurs.
Je fais actuellement du développement (principalement Python/Flask/Vue.JS) et j'ai fait du dev système et réseau C/Lua/Python/Bash, je fais parfois aussi du reverse engineering (x86, ARM, MIPS, je n'en ai pas fait depuis longtemps). Je ne cherche pas nécessairement à rester dans la même niche de marché (au contraire je suis tout à fait ouvert⋅e à travailler avec de nouvelles technos et évoluer).
Je fais aussi du développement open-source par périodes (je maintiens notamment une application en Rust pour l'environnement GNOME)
Je suis disposé⋅e à faire du télétravail longue distance (c'est mon mode de fonctionnement depuis cinq ans) ou déménager en Rhône-Alpes.

Je suis disposé⋅e à travailler pour une entreprise du secteur du libre/ssll ou à participer à une SCOP, ou à faire du web (je m'adapte assez facilement aux technologies MVC, j'ai aussi fait un peu de PHP et du Django par le passé) ou du dev système
Je suis autodidacte dans mon domaine (je code depuis la fin de l'école primaire, j'ai malheureusement décroché pour raisons de santé au début du lycée, je vivais dans l'Oise où l'offre et la disponibilité de soin était malheureusement insuffisante).
