I always feel weird giving someone a bunch of people to follow, but if there aren't a lot of replies with suggestions already I'll toss some out if I have time. And I realize my method of doing this is maybe not the best and I should be more organized...
I mostly gather them on the spot by skimming my timeline to remember who posts what. And I focus on accounts that have a decent number of followers, but not too many, since I don't want someone I like to interact with who only has a few followers to get randomly inundated if a list grows some legs, but really big accounts get boosted into everyone's feed unless you block them.
Does anyone have a better system? Do you have some pre-made lists for certain topics?
ETA: I also like to make the list without tagging the people, since tagging someone into that sort of list seems rude? It's different than tagging someone into a conversation for expert advice among friends or something.

If you're in the LA area and wondering how you can help the UAW is organizing for finding people places to stay, transportation, & other aid.
They do ask for your chapter/local number, but my guess is that they only care about that if you need a place to stay and that if you want to help by letting people stay in a spare bedroom they might not care if you just choose "other"?

I want to go to bed, but getting back on the ADHD meds after a couple of weeks off is leaving me sort of wired (getting home late and eating dinner late isn't helping). Also adrenaline/pain from the fall earlier and now worry about friends who I maybe don't remember are living close to the fires in socal. Compounded by the high winds and the palm trees that are hitting the windows and walls of my apartment and sound seriously creepy.

And on the other fire: a faculty member I collaborate with at UCI commutes from LA (I know, right?) and I asked how she was doing on slack.

Is anyone familiar with older (early 90's) step-through bikes and how likely it is that something sold as "one size" would be suitable for someone 6' tall? The current owner is 5'3" and I'm not familiar enough with step throughs to make any conclusions.
(and how likely is it that it was sold as "one size" in the first place? size of this specific one is unknown, but I've only come across others labeled 19" and no other sizes...)
