Transmission lines seem to be the major weakness, no matter how the power is generated. Decentralized power should be the priority from now on. That's not easy with wind but is possible with solar.

Make cold brew coffee, it's not hard.
Also note that cold brew can be drunk hot. I get weird looks when I ask for it in a coffee shop, until I point out that iced coffee is brewed hot. đ
