okay so i think i am going to use glass clamps to hold it in place and hinge clamps on the lid.

for the glass itself, i am going to want to do a non-dense white with a light color pattern on top, yes? maybe a neutral oceanside spirit over white?

clarification on the size thing: i am debating how big the cube has to be in order to fit both a light bulb and a light bulb fitting thingie in it. i believe the smallest light I can get for this is candelabra if i want the glowing cube to connect to ifttt

also what's an easy way to slot 5 pieces of 6mm glass into a cube shape if you don't have stained glass tools

okay so let's talk about the cube. i am going to make it 5 sided, with the bottom open. it will go on top of either a smart light bulb or a bunch of smart Christmas lights or a light strip. assuming i get the smallest possible smart light bulb and just sort of put the cube on top how big does it have to be

i think my main problem is that i spent years with undertreated chronic pain + neurodivergence and it makes it really hard for me to identify causes of pain, manage pain, etc. i also am traumatized by the whole thing

@nora That really sucks. I'm sorry to hear that (and I can totally relate, as an autistic person with a lot of trouble with proprioception)

After I had a lumbar disc prolapse a few years ago, it was really hard to find an exercise regime that didn't regularly aggravate things

The thing that made the biggest difference was committing 100% to training *very* lightly but very often

my problem is that every time i get physical therapy it's for one specific area but my whole back and butt are fucked up and the medical system is completely unprepared for the fact that a human body is a gestalt

hey does anyone have suggestions for how to make building muscle less of a curse and a burden? context is that my back muscles are really atrophied from years of having to avoid using them because of constant debilitating pain, but i had breast reduction surgery to help. i am willing to try "supplements"
