do any or artists or anyone else who scores things happen to have wrist exercises or stretches that help with your muscles doing that kind of thing? i think it's a pretty similar motion to exacto knife cutting if anyone has something for that instead

got through an entire physical therapy session where we talked about a lot of silly things men do and how they get injured doing them without saying the phrase "masculinity is a prison" thus breaking my cover where i pretend to be normal
