i think my main problem is that i spent years with undertreated chronic pain + neurodivergence and it makes it really hard for me to identify causes of pain, manage pain, etc. i also am traumatized by the whole thing
@nora That really sucks. I'm sorry to hear that (and I can totally relate, as an autistic person with a lot of trouble with proprioception)
After I had a lumbar disc prolapse a few years ago, it was really hard to find an exercise regime that didn't regularly aggravate things
The thing that made the biggest difference was committing 100% to training *very* lightly but very often
