The local joke about "your face when you're a Telegram sticker" has gone too far, and now you can really find a sticker pack with my face there. Don't expect too much, because the main idea was that the neural network draws all emotions, but AI doesn't know how to work with emotions yet.

Did you hear about Rutube?
This is the Russian equivalent of YouTube (but it was created earlier), and right now you have to wait a few days or even weeks for one of the moderators to check the video you're trying to upload before it will be available for other users. This is because of the fake news prevention act. And that's why russians still use YouTube.
