Did you hear about Rutube?
This is the Russian equivalent of YouTube (but it was created earlier), and right now you have to wait a few days or even weeks for one of the moderators to check the video you're trying to upload before it will be available for other users. This is because of the fake news prevention act. And that's why russians still use YouTube.
