which do you think is harder to attend as a spectator, the street fighter world tournament, or mortal kombat? getting to outland would be a pain in the ass, but i'll bet shao kahn has good hospitality and local events, for the street fighter tourney you'd have to schlep yourself around the world.

restarting lost has really made me nostalgic for when tv dramas always had insane, hoillywood budget set pieces in their first episode or season premier that made you go "i can't believe that was tv".
did we actually get bored of that, or did the streaming age just kind of kill that drive?
