Is the moon full in the northern and southern hemispheres at the same time?
Or do its phases run in opposite directions, like water going down a drain?


@Guillotine_Jones @pom the moon is full for everyone when it's full. Its fullness/newness is not dependent on the earth's axial tilt (as with seasons) but on the moon's position vis-à-vis the earth and the sun. I believe the water swirl direction thing is a myth though.
