The idiots have changed abortion laws so that some can not practice medicine properly in certain states. Mass movements of medical personnel have not yet occurred.

You cannot simply quit your job while on active duty so mass exodus is impossible. Attrition will happen in the Active Duty ranks in greater numbers - they will not “re-up”. Recruitment/backfill of RNs will be even worse than it is now. The only incentive to stay will be for those who are a couple years from 20.
@GenXLife Yep. Very high attrition by way of ETS for those under 10-12 years for sure. After that sunk costs start to add up. @Jestbill
