Off topic, but the tower you see in that image is the abandoned AT&T Microwave Tower on Topanga Ridge. Looks like they have set up equipment around the base, probably for the fire.

@ai6yr is it time that armed forces face dual threats. One is of course hostile enemies but the other, just as hostile is internal due to weather. Navy who can launch flood rescue quickly. Armythat canengineer solutions to supply and reduce impact and provide manpower. Navy trained in firefighting with Chinooksand Hercules/A400M fitted with equipment to help in fires and floods.
