@gmillikan@ai6yr Hey Geoff, glad your friend is okay. I know I’m a little late here, and this isn’t as urgent as the other things I’ve seen mentioned, but when my ex husbands apartment burned, he was able to take a pretty hefty tax deduction (I believe he wasn’t insured at the time).
