Only, don't replace one WhatsApp with another. #Signal and #Threema are centralized services, and just as vulnerable to #enshittification as Twitter or WA. I'm a pretty active mapper and I've also done a professional field survey for Médecins Sans Frontières (a.k.a. In the past one year, I've organized 15+ mapping parties and workshops, where I taught how to use OSM and how to contribute to it. Could I #GetFediHired to do any of this full time? I'm trying to #crowdfund ₹20k (~€224 or ~$237) by the 20th of December, to add ~350 POIs (shop, restaurants, healthcare, etc) ~150 building levels, shop phone numbers, shop addresses, named commercial and apartment areas, and much more to #OpenStreetMap in the city of #Mumbai, #India.
