In 2023, me and my family were living in a red state. We started a fundraiser, raised enough to move, and now live in a blue state.

Roughly 70% of donations came from the Fediverse. Donations from people who have never met us, whom we have never met, probably never will meet. But you changed our lives for the better.

Mutual Aid from strangers made us safer. Whether it was 1 boost, 1 dollar, or 500 dollars. It made a difference.
