I'm a scientist in Queensland, Australia. I spent 20-years in virus research/diagnostic development following MedLabSci degree. PhD in virology next. Research grants in discovery, detection & characterisation of respiratory viruses. Published (see ORCID in bio). Started blogging/tweeting hobby. Then spent 5 years in public health virology diagnostics. Fun work. 2021 to now, ran testing lab (ends soon). What's next for IanšŸ¤·?
