Keywords: #SafeSpace #Learning ▌Authentic Communication practice. ▌Developed by the people intentionally who join. ▌The intention together is to increase the trust in practising communication and feelings with others and train ourselves better communication and learn techniques while accepting risk or offense is naturally part of like but a needed effort towards growing better people. ================== ⭐ Bohm Dialogue ⭐ Marshall Rosenberg / NVC ==================== Growing better communication might sound odd but people are increasingly becoming faster but more shallow in communicating assisted by government and technology cutting out the depths of understanding each other and simply being work based. The human sides itself are being omitted and therefore the human details and care taken out / left out. Much like Capitalism's practices a cold system doesn't care and wants for only money and work based "work" and uses Technology (Robotic short text communication) to achieve raw work while undoubtedly humans are involved and need care or just respect. ❌ Stakes are often too high outside or offline in-person - this risks your safety (your job / livelihood and risks relationships tied to many things non-detachable unlike online presence) ✔️ / ❌ ? Offline spaces don't exist anymore as funding has been cut and we also need to solve that. This means some risk in trying (as with offline) and developing feelings rather than falling into the trap of argument is going to save us all a lot in the future if we would like to try learn it and hear others doing well. Doing with others helps improve us all especially since there is almost nothing like this which you don't have to pay for. This is a free service for the betterment of yourself and others from past works sourced from people like David Baum and T-group style conversations (have a definite template and Round Robin style meetup online) The idea here is you can practice more safely where you can't at work and even at home because the understanding and focus

Bio was too big, and I didn't yet make an #Introduction: Hi, I'm Leonard/Janis (like Cohen/Joplin respectively), I use they/them pronouns, he/him (Leo) and she/her (Janis). I'm a #genderqueer #hacker from #Berlin. I'm a professional procrastinator, don't expect me to stick to one project :'-) Outside of computing I love #running, #handball and #rollerblades, adore cats, have a passion for #teaching and spend too much time following politics. I listen to #Blues but my musical taste has since widened to also embrace R'n'B, Rock, Funk, and a lot of modern stuff. I read classic #fiction and my favorite authors are Terry #Pratchett, Douglas Adams, J.R.R. #Tolkien, Robert Harris, and Sjöwall & Wahlöö (rather male dominated, send recommendations!). I'm politically left #AssignedCatAtBirth but not settled on the specific question of government. I'm a #privacy and #security fetishist (these aren't the same, sometimes even oblique). Some see a gray space here, I consider the right to data self-determination a fundamental right. Also, free #housing, #publicTransport and a livable environment are fundamental. #Learning and #teaching are crucial for individuals and society. Tech won't solve our core problems, merely highlight them and perhaps provide tools for change we can use.
