Oh. Just sold an item on Gumtree for $35. When I was packing it up for them, I broke a very small piece that could be easily repaired, so I told him this and took $5 off the price. He said no, don't worry and gave me $40. I said hold on and I'll get you some change. He insisted that I keep the $40. I've come back upstairs and burst into tears.

If someone you follow brings you value, take the time to let them know, and do it often. This act of kindness and appreciation has value all on its own, but it also has added importance because there are legions of hurt and hateful people that don't hesitate to try and regularly tear them down. It would be a shame if those hateful and hurtful voices were the only ones the people that we valued ever heard.
