Just sold an item on Gumtree for $35. When I was packing it up for them, I broke a very small piece that could be easily repaired, so I told him this and took $5 off the price.

He said no, don't worry and gave me $40. I said hold on and I'll get you some change. He insisted that I keep the $40.

I've come back upstairs and burst into tears.
