#WeekendSewingClub holiday special… this is the face of a woman thinking “fuck you I won”. I jettisoned the coat I started last week (energy too scarce to waste on a project that doesn’t excite me), and redirected attention to the water-resistant, bonded houndstooth wool, but with a ‘simple’ cape pattern (new look, N6768). It was like sewing a tarpaulin. Should have been doable in two days, but took 5. My hands are TRASHED. I love the result. #sewing #tailoring #iMadeItMyself #ItHasPockets
