The International Criminal Court today made public it has *issued two arrest warrants* against Russian presidential dictatorial war-aggressor *Vladimir Putin* & his "Commissioner for children's rights" in Putin's office, *Maria Lvova-Belova*, for war crimes involving the criminal deportation & transfer of children to Russia.
Reminder: According to the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, Article II *forcible transfer of children from one group to another*, committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group constitutes the crime of genocide!
