For day 1 of #30DayMapChallenge, I made a map about ospreys with data from Feederwatch, a program for counting birds in November-April. #Day20 theme is Outdoors (Map of mountains, trails, etc.). I wanted to try draping a geologic map over a DEM and chose one of my favorite places Pitkin County, CO with the Maroon Bells area.
