It's min work by checking the "autospam" and reports
The autospam feature from Pixelfed is quite amazing and filters out a lot of spam accounts yay! Unfort sometimes it also catches real people so that why we always check manually :blobcathearts:

Since this is a Mastodon instance that is quite busy, the requirements are a little different
