@PensioNien well then I shall give you a follow. We are primarily vegetarian at the moment and not full vegan, but I'm always interested in alternatives, especially in light of the wicked expensive price of eggs at the moment and it being winter so not so easy to source them locally.

Backyard flocks are just as susceptibil for H5N1. The person who died in Louisiana got it from a backyard flock.
