In response to this post@stux i think the gaming industry is taking its cues from shit like the discovery/warner bros merger - where they literally wrote off ENTIRE SHOWS that had not premiered yet so they could get a break on their taxes.
the artists were super fucking pissed too - they told folks to pirate their show because otherwise there was no way for anybody to watch the stuff they spent years on.
