The time I spend calling every pharmacy in town looking for the meds I need to function serves no purpose. I don't do anything valuable for the world with that time. It is wasted.

In response to this postEveryone I know who is dedicated to improving the world is dealing with a struggle like this. Trans people who can't get treatments for dysphoria are having their time sapped dealing with the psychological consequences of that.
People are working 3 jobs to pay for their shitty apartments. They do what they can to help others but every time they do something they're borrowing against burnout.
