@ai6yr I’m tempted to try and repair my Jackery if they give me the run around on it. Based on their website, it might still be under warranty I just need to reach out to them.
But I would love to come across devices like this I could easily slap a new battery into. Hah. Slap. Like I’m that talented 🤣

In response to this post@j I suspect it's an off the shelf battery part, assuming that's what went south. Warranty repair is better of course.
@ai6yr Thisnis basically what is happening with it. Hoping it’s just a dead battery issue. And easily fixable, I think it’s an alright system otherwise.
