@stux @vxo I'll note that it is possible to hang a Fire TV (at least some of them) by manipulating the audio level/mute setting too quickly via Android Development Mode and adb, but of course most users don't play with that stuff. And there's a watchdog timer that brings the set back to normal from a hang after a reasonable interval. It's interesting to watch the syslog on these things -- lots of goodies in there.
