FIRIS is the California program where there is a dedicated ISR (Infared Sensor) plane, which is available to frequently image fires. This allows fire departments to better track exactly where a fire is, and also helps them identify hotspots and areas of concern. FIRIS is only available in California.

@__josh Minimal threat in the wind conditions right now, and it's not in wildland, really. I suspect cigarette/spark/encampment fire got out of control in the bushes.
