A maximum fine of $50000 is pathetic, and issuing a fine of $10000, is so small it is meaningless to this company.
How many seconds of production would cover that ?
How much stuff so they throw away or right off, a year, betcha it's more than $10k worth.
Corporate fines should be a percentage of global turnover. Make it count.
