Went through the same thing years ago having health insurance for the first time in over a decade and getting my off-the-charts lipid panel back after drinking multiple pots of giant vacuum-insulated french press every day. Gosh that was great coffee, but the triglycerides were sky high.
@buermann I used to use metal filters until I found this out. Immersion method, filtered coffee is not the same, but very close, the flavors just a bit sharper/ more "in focus" rather than blended. Pouring french press through a filter is one option, I use aeropress (reusable paper filters!), imo pourover is often a bit TOO light and clear due to no prolonged/ thorough immersion. @ai6yr @rustoleumlove
