*based on prior history, SCE tends to be slow on recovering circuits until RFW subsides, so my bet is circuits will remain off until Friday evening. I will be pleasantly surprised if they turn them on earlier while winds still threaten to return.

In response to this post@ai6yr my power just went back on about 10 mins ago. Wouldn’t be surprised if it goes off again once the winds start back up, though.
