As it's January probably a lot of people want to lose weight. I'd say do Noom, not drugs. The drugs are going to be expensive, have side effects, and you'll regain 2/3 of the weight. I did Noom two years ago, lost 30 pounds, have regained 6, it wasn't that hard, it cost $200. YMMV 🤷♂️
