I generally don't do New Years Resolutions, but I do have one this year.
It's pretty nebulous, but it's basically "be myself again".

Not sorry to the men and mascs of the world - I took a good 8 years to get over my divorce and pay my dues single-parenting a kid who is now hitting adulthood, and I am a goddamned treasure, so I've started dating again, scars and all. You'd be lucky to have me, honestly, and I have learned - I am picky AF. (But I am a nice person - don't let that put you off. If interested, tell me. I may not be into you, but I'll be genuinely flattered and kind about it either way. And I like good friends even more than I like boyfriends ;)
To the gatekeepers and bigots, watch out. My name is not Karen, and I won't be quiet while you hurt people I love.
