I’m a pediatric critical care transport nurse (ground/rotor/fixed wing) and an avid published aviation photographer. I spot at Moffett, Travis, Pt Mugu, USAF Plant 42, Edwards AFB, TTR, Star Wars Canyon, and the R-2508 Sidewinder Low Level Complex. People have zero clue how difficult it is to evac even a small health care facility AND keep people safe
EMS, Fire, and medical transport teams are used to working in austere environment with minimal gear.
People (both staff and patients) in healthcare facilities are used to routine and a decent supply chain
