@nazgul I didn't think it was part of that. Just wanted to double check since some state insurance decides 'oh this is a ...' even if it's not being included in the national ban, why I added the 'off label' thing since insurance can be bad on that as well.
I had something like that when the medicaid privatized insurance company changed, medicaid wouldn't cover it under that or the generic, because I'm off label or some stupid reason. It was around 170 for a month of generic at my dosage, cheapest. I've had my insurance change four times since it was privatized.
My hypoglycemic mother can't get diabetic testing machines on either medical insurance, the privatized one ran by United only cover it for diabetics. That's how backwards our insurance is. Trying to cover my own backside before they do something stupid again. I don't really have much experience with it being denied regularly except 'generic tends to be allowed, name brand isn't' so I've got a lot of questions.
@nazgul Can I ask if that's true of ANY ADD/ADHD med because that makes sense why it's such a pain to refill atomoxitine even though I'm 'off label' since I'm autistic.
