In response to this post@ai6yr Pretty bad everywhere. My wife said there was a line for the gas station and to get into the grocery store parking lot on Ventu. Maybe due to others in town not having power.

Friend sent me this. Pole snapped right near his bedroom window. Tree fell across wires further down the street. LAFD came and put tape around it then left. I imagine they are kind of busy today. Our power is out. I'll add descriptions later. Location is Los Feliz and Hillhurst area. LA, CA. Morning, 1/8/25.

@ai6yr @jberry We haven't received any of the usual emails or text messages from SCE about it, but if you look at their PSPS outage map we are on it. I was just doing some additional watering.
You have to zoom in a bit in the map view to see the possible PSPS circuits.
