@bicmay This problem is not unique to Texas. Here in Santa Clara County, California I have the ability to choose from four different ACA plans from the official marketplace, and ZERO of them are accepted by Stanford Medical / Stanford Hospital. Stanford Medical accepts Medicare (for which I won't be eligible for a long, long time) but they don't accept Blue Cross or Blue Shield of California.
Single-payer would 100% eliminate this problem.
