@waitworry I was wondering recently why the first day of the week* is dedicated to the moon so often, across so many different cultures.
* you degenerates who start the week on a Sunday can get in the sea, yeah I said it
@adriano because they've all just taken the roman system based on celestial bodies
the kanji used in the japanese days of the week for instance are just the sun moon and planets (each planet assigned a classical chinese element)
English converted the planets to norse gods for some reason but same basic idea
