In response to this post@ErikUden Without Capitalism, it wouldn't matter if AI took all our jobs, we'd just have free time. The problem is that people need money to buy all the things they need, and if you don't own enough capital to have other people work and make money for you, you need to work and make money for the capitalists so that they give you a small fraction of that money so you can live.
The AI isn't evil, it's just a machine. Its owners are the enemy.
