When Mark Zuckerberg recently released his video announcing the policy changes that specifically allow minority groups (and only minority groups) to be targeted for abuse, he was wearing a $1m watch.

@Gargron it's with a heavy heart, but I am planning to suspend their federation in two weeks, unless they can explain the wording of their policy.
I simply cannot allow a service to federate which explicitly says targeting minority groups is allowed. It reads like Kiwi Farms.
I am generally extremely into open federation - my server has almost no blocks - but by far the largest ActivityPub service having these policies is - my opinion - not acceptable. And really sad.

I intend to fully defederate Threads.net from Cyberplace.social in two weeks, so 23rd January 2025, unless they clarify their moderation policies.
People are welcome to migrate their account in advance to avoid losing their followers from Threads.
The reason being I cannot accept terms of service enforcement which specifically targets minority groups.
Meta's new documentation has overlaps with Kiwi Farms. It is not okay.

Yesterday I ate of a bowl of noodles which were so hot I had to eat ice cream and use all my Hot Ones knowledge to survive, then I slept for 14 hours.
@GossiTheDog those are great, I've got a whole retail box of them. hot but tons of flavour. the black ones are ruinously spicy though.
