i'm a recovering #academic and former #gamedev who worked primarily on #adventuregames. now working as a new media #artist producing #retrocomputing interactive installations. currently building 1992: The Simulation. grew up in the 80s and 90s with a Tandy TRS-80 CoCo II -> Mattel Intellivision -> #Amstrad PC #XT -> IBM PS/1 -> Boring Beige Pentium 133, long before I fell in love with the iBook G4. nowadays I spend most of my time building period-accurate interactive exhibits with retrocomputing hardware and software. the rest of my time involves photography and (interactive) documentary filmmaking.
