if you’re struggling with chores and house work for what ever reason (but especially if its related to neurodiversity, mental illnesses, disability or chronic illnesses) i recommend reading this book. and by reading i mean go find the audiobook and listen to it while doing something else if you’re anything like me lol. small disclaimer for NB peeps, writer uses gendered language. #ActuallyAutistic #Spoonie #HouseWork #Disabled
