In response to this post The actual problem of orthodox medicine is that it is entirely based on hypotheses and statistics. Even though this still makes it a science like mathematics, but not a natural science like physics (with laws of nature). What is more, academia separated the psyche from the body, so that psychologists know nothing about the processes in the body and the doctors know nothing about the psyche (and couldn’t care less about it). This is a very dangerous dilemma and is the reason for a lot of misery we see today (chemo, morphine, irradiation etc.). It is for these reasons that orthodox medicine only ever treats symptoms, but knows nothing about the causes of diseases. #health #healthstr #medicine #science #education #GermanicHealthScience #grownostr #nostr

Surely you last point is an exaggeration; medics/doctors have some idea about causes, even if they may not be able to draw an exact causal line; they know something, but not all... but surely, not 'nothing'?
