I'm notoriously pants at predicting the future, but here's one thing I absolutely believe will come to pass: some time shortly after November 5th 2024, will seek to offload .

I could see it sticking around past January 2025 to see in the inauguration and any political aftermath a la , but I reckon some time in mid-to-late 2025 we'll hear about him looking to sell.
