Goemon Ishikawa

So I have been having this idea and I would want to put it together, I think that it's a good idea and also that it can creat a new market for something that hasn't been thought of in a long while.
If some of you haven't seen one of my first posts on here, I was asking the question of' what would it be like if the blind and visually impaired had there own tv channal?
I have been thinking of this idea for a long time, being someone that loves anime and animation and the cultures as well as the lessons they can teach you.
I find that the blind and visually impaired aren't really exposing themselves to as much cartoons and animation because of the lac of audio description, and a lot of the media is being lost with blind people.
For the longest time audio description has been available in small numbers for those with visual impairment as unlike subtitles, audio description also called described video takes more longer to produce, and requires the descriptor to know the show more or less in and out to make sure that the image sequence also called frames; aren't conflicting with dialog and they are done right.
When I was younger I used to watch shows like: dragon ball kai; Naruto; Backyardigans; and others. Hell I'm older now and I still watch em! On a conferencing tool called TeamTalk I used to run a small little block of programming for cartoons; animation; and other programming called the Vortex, where I would play programs that most 2000s people know, but would also loved the weird and contravercial programming as well. I ran the block for a couple of years before eventually killing it, because I'd realised that although what we were doing was tuns of fun, I would also think about what would it be like if I could share this with more blind and VI people?
I would love to play shows with custom adz off our own games showcacing what we as blind people play, as I realise that not just making a service that helps blind people take part in media is important, but offering a service that can help as much people can be an awesome way to bring blind and sighted people together to the same block or screen, programming and content. I would want to tag the Social audio description project in this event to see if we could make original audio description for a program but that's still not thought of yet.
My plans are: make a channal with A custom name called TeleX; I would want to have a block with 6 hours of shows devided into 2 segments for lite and heavy programming with one original audio described work; include programming with video that's good enough quality but also has subtitles that are readable via the blind and sighted alike; include custom adz and small works that show off the culture of blind people such as the games we play and so on; include original bumpers and music that bring the block to life; and all round have some good fun with this project!
What I have: Currently I only have a server that's sorta workable and my computer with 200gb of anime and animation; I am using this tool on my vps ersatztv.org/ that should help me to make something but I'm open to suggestions; Oh and let's not forget, I have tude for those on high stopping the blind from change! I think that more disabled people should start to grow a spine and fight for what's important to make change for us going forward, as we'll never get anyware if we wait for the market, so instead let's bust the market and nurture it as much as we can!
I'm watching Toonami as I write this, and I hope to hear from others on this.
