Choi was also assigned to the office….Swartz, who has been in the >30 years & has served as deputy asst AG of international affairs most of that time, was effectively demoted to be the deputy of the Office of Prosecutorial Development & Training…

Two people said he was transferred to a newly created *Office of Sanctuary Cities Enforcement* in the associate AG’s office.
