@Bardswan It's capable of bringing your fridge back to the right temperature... Charge it up before a blackout, and then every 12 hours plug it in so your fridge/freezer returns back to the normal temp and you don't lose food. Don't keep opening up the fridge/freezer, of course! I used one today twice and it did fabulously. Charged it on solar to bring it back up to 100% mid-day.

@Bardswan Search "SCE Rebates" and they are in there. You can also buy from other folks as long as the model # is in their database.
